What counts as a preorder?
One preorder is counted per preorder item purchased, not per order. One order with 2 preorder items counts as 2.
What counts as a Back in Stock email?
Each notification email REZ successfully sends to a subscribed customer. Failed deliveries are not counted.
What happens when I go over my limit?
Combined plans: preorders keep working and extra ones are billed at your plan’s overage rate; Back in Stock emails stay within the included quota. Back in Stock only plans: extra emails are $1 per 100.
What does "Lifetime price" mean?
Subscribe now and you keep the launch price for as long as you stay on the plan, even after regular pricing takes effect.
Can I use it with Bundle & Upsell?
Yes. Bundle & Upsell is a separate app and it is free. Both work on the same store and product pages.
Does the free trial need a card?
The 7-day trial runs through Shopify billing; you are not charged until the trial ends and you can cancel from the Shopify admin at any time.
